Arsenal transfer rumours
Inter Milan President Erick Thohir has hinted that Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil will be targeted in the summer, with a deal happening in January unlikely at this stage, ESPN reports.
Arsenal have been given an unlikely boost should they opt to go for France’s Antoine Griezmann as summer signing Alexandre Lacazette has promised to talk to his friend about a potential move to the Emirates, according to the Daily Telegraph. Manchester United are also interested in Griezmann.
Man Untied transfer rumours
Teamtalk claims that Manchester Untied and Chelsea are both interested in Middlesbrough 20-year-old centre-back Dael Fry.
The Red Devils are also sniffing around Sarpsborg’s 18-year-old midfielder Krepin Diatta, but the player’s agent has revealed that the youngster is not ready for a move to a top European club, FootMercato reports.
Stories from Manchester claim that the Red Devils are also in the clear for Schalke midfielder Leon Goretzka as Barcelona have pulled out of the race to sign him.
Loaned Man United keeper Sam Johnston is targeted by Aston Villa, according to the Express.
Chelsea transfer rumours
MailOnline’s Simon Jones claims that Chelsea are monitoring the situation of Steua Bucharest’s Florinel Coman. The winger has a release clause of £88 million.
The Blues are also back in for Torino’s Andrea Belotti who might be seen as a replacement for Alvaro Morata who is sidelined for a month with a hamstring injury, according to Bleacher Report.
Neil Fissler of the Sunday Express claims that Chelsea are ready to make Eden Hazard the highest-paid player in the Premier League. The rumoured new wage will be in the region of £300, 000 a week – that’s an £80,000 jump from his current earnings.
Bayern Munich’s Raffinha was on the verge of transferring to Chelsea in the summer, but the Blues opted for right-back Davide Zappacota, Sport Bild reports.
Liverpool transfer rumours
Jurgen Klopp has stepped up interest for former England U20s international midfielder David Brooks, the Sun reports. Sheffield United are planning to fend off the interest by offering the youngster an improved deal.
Liverpool are still battling to keep Emre Can at the club with rumours emerging that Juventus tried to sign him in the summer but will not be reigniting interest in the 23-year-old in January. Can’s contract runs out in July next year.
Spurs transfer rumours
Multiple sources suggest a number of Premier League clubs among which Chelsea, Man United and Man City are very keen on bringing in Harry Kane. Real Madrid are also reportedly interested.
Fulham have slapped a £50 million price on Spurs target Ryan Sessegnon. The 17-year-old has been compared with Gareth Bale with Manchester United also interested in signing him.
Man City rumours
Pep Guardiola is taking steps to fill the hole left by Benjamin Mendy’s lengthy spell on the sidelines by looking into the prospect of signing Espanyol’s Aaron Martin in January.
Mcfcwatch report that the Citizens are also in for Napoli left-back Faouzi Ghoulam.
