Chelsea latest victory against in-form Everton has convinced Harry Redknapp that Spurs will not be able to pip the Blues for this year’s Premier League title.
Conte’s side won at Goodison Park courtesy of second half goals by Pedro, Gary Cahill and Willian, and the nature of the win according to Redknapp and other pundits proves the Premier League race is just about over.
“I can’t see [Spurs catching Chelsea].” Redknapp said. “Spurs have been great but Chelsea, that was a great result yesterday at Everton.
“If they were going to slip-up anywhere it was going to be at Goodison Park. We’ve seen games there over the years and they don’t come much tougher. They’ve been in good form Everton, great home form. To go there and win 3-0, it was an amazing result for them.
“You could see at the end, they thought that was the one game and if they get through that they’ve got a chance.
“I can’t see them slipping up and I think Spurs will have to take second this year.”
