Manchester City playmaker David Silva is reportedly bent on swapping rainy Manchester for a move to Italy in the summer, Italian magazine TMW reports.
Silva, 31, has reportedly put contract talks with the Citizens on hold after hearing that AC Milan are interested in him.
Milan have undergone a huge revamp in their playing personnel adding no less than nine players in the summer, but it is believed that manager Vinzenzo Montella still wants a quality teraquista in the mould of Silva in bid to challenge Juventus’ Serie A dominance.
Silva is still deemed by Pep Guardiola as a key member of the squad as the Spaniard has assisted on six occasions this season.
He is currently one of the club’s top earners with £160,000 a week and has two years left on his contract.
