In the Champions League round of sixteen, Manchester City will play Copenhagen, while Arsenal will play Porto.

Reaching the knockout stage for the first time since 2011, Danish champions Copenhagen finished ahead of Manchester United in their group. Legs one and two are scheduled for February 13–14 or February 20–21 and March 5–6 or March 12–13, respectively.

Arsenal and City will host the second leg of their match because of their seeds. Former runners-up Inter Milan take on Atletico Madrid, record 14-time champions Real Madrid take on RB Leipzig, and Bayern Munich take on Lazio.

On June 1, Wembley will host the final.

When Premier League leaders Arsenal and Porto last faced off in 2010, they triumphed 5-0 at Emirates Stadium. Arsenal won Group B but has never won the Champions League.

Porto, who finished second in the Primeira Liga of Portugal the previous year, tied Barcelona for first place in Group H after winning four of their six games.

Copenhagen finished second to Bayern in Group A after losing 1-0 away to United and then defeating them 4-3 at home. City became victorious from Group G with a perfect record.

In the last six seasons, City has advanced from the round of 16.
