Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina has revealed he would be interested in moving to Turkish club Fenerbahce , Milliyan reports
Ospina, 28, has been disgruntled with playing second fiddle to Peter Cech this season, with Wenger opting to use him in cup games only, and it is believed he has already told his agent to find him a new club in the summer.
The situation has alerted a number of clubs among which Besiktas and Italian outfit Chievo.
“Istanbul may be a new adventure and motivation for me.” Ospina told Turkish website Milliyet. “If my club are persuaded, it is ok for me.”
Ospina is contracted to Arsenal until 2019, and it is likely that Arsene Wenger would be willing to let go of his back-up keeper. The French manager had to rely on third-choice Emiliano Martinez in Arsenal’s mid-week victory against West Ham, due to injuries to both Cech and Ospina.
Ospina is still a doubt for Arsenal’s game against Crystal Palace on Monday night.
