Manchester United

Spanish outlet Don Balon claim that Christiano Ronaldo has advised Real Madrid officials to sign Manchester United 17-year-old prospect Angel Gomes. The youngster made his debut against Crystal Palace last season, replacing Wayne Rooney. 

The Sun reports Jose Mourinho is bent on signing a pre-contractual agreement with Alexis Sanchez in January.

Marouane Fellaini is stalling a new United contract according to Mail Online. Reports suggest Fellaini is not happy with the length of the contract on offer. 

Manchester City

Pep Guardiola is chasing 22-year-old Lazio midfielder Sergey Milinkovic-Savic, according to Metro. The player's agent Matja Kezman has revealed a number of clubs, among which Real Madrid, Manchester United and Milan, are interested in the player.

According to the Daily Telegraph, City are preparing to double Kevin De Bryune’s wages in bid to convince him to stay at the club beyond 2021.

City Online claims a club believed to be Manchester City have made an offer for Genoa talent Pietro Pellegri. 


Spanish newspaper Don Balon claims that Real Madrid will try to convince Alexis Sanchez to join them in January, but also that some senior players at the club are against the move. Update: Jose Mourinho is also keen to bring the Chilean to Old Trafford.

The Daily Mail reports that Crystal Palace are monitoring the situation of Jack Wilshere and are likely to launch a January swoop for the midfielder should he remain a fringe player. 

Julian Draxler has come to terms with his fringe-player status at PSG following the arrival of Neymar and will be looking to move in January, The Guardian reports, with Arsenal known to have keen interest in the German.


Sunday Mirror reports that Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid have taken keen interest in Liverpool’s Sadio Mane and could attempt to lure him away from England in the summer.

The Reds are looking to capitalise on the contractual uncertainty surrounding Lazio's 25-year-old defender Stefan de Vrij. The Liverpool Echo claim that they are planning a January offensive as the player will be free to sign pre-contracts in January should he decide not to extend his deal with Lazio.

Dele Alli is reportedly ready to put pen to paper on a new Spurs deal worth £100k a week, according to The Sun. Alli extended his contract merely a year ago, but looks set to sign the new deal and catch up with Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris in terms of pay.

Stories in Turkey are linking Besiktas forward Cenk Tosun to a move to Tottenham Hotspur in January. Should Spurs decide to sign the striker, they would have to cough up a fee in the region of £18 million.


Reports of Real Madrid rekindling their interest in Chelsea star Eden Hazard in January are circulating the internet.
