Manchester United are in advanced talks with Real Madrid for Welsh star Gareth Bale, according to Daily Star.
Bale, 27, has made 38 appearances for Real so far, but reports suggest that the club are getting fed up with his niggling injuries.
The Welshman has told his agent that Manchester United is on top of his list of desired clubs, which include Chelsea, PSG and Bayern Munich, but only if the Red Devils manage to qualify for the Champions League this season.
Meanwhile Chelsea may also jump in on the opportunity to sign Bale should Real decide to move for their Blues target Eden Hazard.
Bale rejected a last-minute Manchester United offer opting to go to Madrid instead in 2013.
